We used Jen Aist’s lactation counseling services over 20 years ago for our firstborn, Andrew, and then again for our second child, Lauren. We were pretty nervous about breastfeeding because of what we had heard about other people’s difficulties, but Jen made us feel calm and confident from the get-go. She’s like that friend who knows everything about breastfeeding and helps you through it.

My favorite memory was when she called me to check in after Andrew was born. I was sitting on the couch and feeling very overwhelmed and emotional, and that’s when she told me about the Cuddlers Group. Getting together with other moms was a blessing, and I made some life-long friends in that group.

Jen was always available to answer our questions and check in on us after appointments. She’s very caring and understanding, and we never felt like we were a bother.

We honestly can’t recommend her enough! She’s amazing at what she does and she’s such a kind and empathetic person. We’re so grateful for her help and support during those early weeks of parenthood.
